We'll market your home on a non-exclusive basis, check your calendar, and check with you before each rental - and if we bring you a rental that meets your needs - we'll book your home, and have the guest funds deposited directly and securely into your bank account. You handle the guest exactly as you do for all of your "By Owner" rentals.
2. Professionally Managed & Satisfied: If you currently have your home managed with a full service property management company, and you are happy with the service that you are receiving - we encourage you to ask your property manager to have us market your home, as we can bring you additional rentals. We will book your home through your property management company, and earn our fee through them.
3. Want to rent just a few weeks a year: If you want to rent your home a few prime weeks a year when you're not using it - we are the perfect solution. When we find a guest who wants to rent your home, we'll check with you first, and have the guest funds deposited directly and securely into your bank account. We have property management companies and caretakers that we can recommend who can take care of the housekeeping and property maintenance.
4. Maximize Rental Income: If you want to maximize your rental income - we'll customize an aggressive marketing approach for your property. We work closely with our owners on pricing strategy, and all aspects of marketing to meet our homeowners' individual rental objectives.

We work on a non-exclusive basis, and property owners have the right to terminate our working relationship at any time. There are no restrictive contracts. We take professional photographs of of each home and build a custom web listing. We'll market your homes through many channels, and respond to guests inquiries. We do all this for a low commission that we earn only after you receive your funds.

- When we work directly with a homeowner, we never handle the funds as the guest makes payments directly to you.
- Owners receive funds PRIOR to the guest's arrival.
- Owners have the opportunity to speak to the guests to ensure we've made a right match of owner and guest.
- We provide owners with an on-line calendar - allowing you to block out dates when you are using your home.
